God raises up leaders to equip the saints, the born again believers, to do the work of the ministry. We are all gifted by God in some way to serve God and serve others in the power of the Holy Spirit and it will be something we love to do, something we're good at cause God made us that way, and something fulfilling because it's what we were made for.
